"Great product! I received my EverOn and loaded a new set of batteries and found it was not working correctly. I notified Cyberlux and they immediately sent a replacement. I again loaded the batteries and the replacement did not work properly. Then I determined that my new set of batteries had one bad battery. I loaded yet another set of batteries and both lights then worked properly. I then asked Cyberlux if I could keep the replacement EverOn since I was very satisfied with both their service and the performance of the lights."
